The Selmer FL-710E is a great choice for young students. The playability and ease to produce a pure clear tone along with its robust build quality make the Selmer Prelude FL710E unmatched in quality and ideal flute for beginners to learn on.

It features a silver-plated head joint, body and silver plated key, closed hole design with a split E mechanism, to help produce the high E more easily.

It also makes the note more tuneful and offset G for a more ergonomic design. It also has a ribbed construction that provides durability as well as stability to put your mind at ease.

A great range of beautiful pianos and exceptional customer service from Chris. He gave me goosebumps when he played them. Very patient, professional, knowledgable and accommodating. Delivery was sentimental as it was my Mum's 7th anniversary and it was she who has passed on this love of music to our family for two generations now. We are loving our new family member and hopefully can upgrade to a Steinway one day! Will know for sure where to go!!! Thank you for making this special purchase a wonderful experience!

It's a nice store with many beautiful fancy grand pianos and affordable upright ones. Customer service was considerate and wonderful. Chris even invited me to play a whole piece on a Steinway&Sons grand piano, which was amazing and made my day!

This place is excellent if you're rich, a pianist and wanting a Steinway & Sons piano, I wouldn't recommend this place at all if you're a beginner (unless you're rich) or have a budget of $7-10K, because a good piano with a good quality strings will cost you much more than $30-40K, concert pianos range from &100-350K if you want one, the colour range is great, there are white pianos if you're after one but 97% of them are black and polished, also at the back of the store there are some good music books if you want one as well. I would recommend this place for rich people only, great friendly staff as well 7/10 (because I left empty-handed due to the high prices)

Had Ben Briggs come and make some small adjustments to my recently purchased secons hand Steinway model B. Fixed up some voicing and damper issues - piano sounds much more brilliant now! My amazing Roland C30 Harpsichord arrived yesterday from EPG Piano Warehouse. Only a week ago, I liaised online with Chris from EPG regarding buying a Roland C30. Chris was helpful, friendly and patient, with speedy answers to my many questions prior to ordering the instrument and he gave me a really good price. Within a week, the harpsichord is gracing my home and I am absolutely in love with it! I flew in from Sydney and visited the store during a VIP sale last month. Best decision ever as I committed on the spot to a beautiful Ronisch 132K in colour Mahogany, after trying out a dozen pianos. The staff were incredibly helpful and I'd like to say 'thank you' to Sargoon and Mark who gave me an incredible deal for my dream upright piano that's now sitting beautifully in my living room!
