I recently purchased a Roland FP-30 from EPG. Chris the salesperson was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He understood my skill level and didn’t try to up-sell to something that would be beyond my needs. A very pleasant experience I would recommend EPG to anyone interested in buying a piano, digital or otherwise.read more

I was served by Sargoon and first looked at the Steinways and Boston’s in Armadale and then later in the EPG piano warehouse in Essendon. Both times Sargoon was there to help demonstrate the pianos, and patiently explain the technical differences and made sure I was confident and happy with my choice. He helped me assess alternative makes built in various countries (German vs Japanese vs American) and make an informed decision. The patience he showed with my questions in the exploring phase of my purchase allowed me the comfort to learn everything I wanted to before deciding.I would also recommend reading/purchasing “How to buy a high end piano” by Larry Fine (and his other titles) before going into the store. That way you are well informed and can understand what you are looking at and why. Love my purchase and absolutely smitten :)read more
